HR Central K.K.'s approach in dealing with clients and candidates revolve in the following three guiding principles:

PRINCIPLE # 1: We are strategy and process-oriented.
As
a results-oriented search and recruiting consultancy, we
follow a proven strategic and process-driven recruiting methodology. This helps us to consistently deliver our promise to our clients to present to them the right Top Talent for their search positions. This is in sharp contrast to the usual market practice of "throwing lots of pies on the wall and see which one sticks." We believe that recruiting is a process not an event.

We
believe that the right people is an organization’s best and most
important asset. As such, we treat candidates we meet not as
“commodities” but as unique individuals with their own potentials to
achieve professional excellence and high performance. We do this through proper
matching of their skills and natural talent to HR career opportunities
in organizations that can provide the right environment and support. In
short, we don’t just “place bodies,” we care enough to give candidates
superb HR careers and opportunities to grow professionally and personally.

We

committed in creating long-term relationships than “transactional
relationships.”
