Research Interests

My primary research interest lies on the paradoxical nature of human traits—arguably the basic building blocks of one’s strengths and talents—and how such seemingly contradictory relationships can be used to enhance the human potential to achieve breakthroughs in organizational performance and create a “strengths-based workplace.”

As such, I am genuinely interested in conducting academic or applied research on topics or areas such as:

  • Strengths-based Talent Management and Leadership Development

  • Paradox Theory and Enjoyment-Performance Theory

  • Positive Organizational Behavior or Scholarship (POB/S)

  • Positive Organizational Psychology

  • Science of the Individual (SoI)

If any of the above research interests match yours, I am open to collaborate with fellow researchers, academics, and practitioners so that we may jointly find the answers we are looking for or even create new knowledge and understanding that we can contribute to our fields and the society.

Feel free to get in touch with me using my Contact Page.
