The HR Central Training Institute is HR Central K.K.'s training and development arm and is currently composed of two areas of specialization: The Center for Hiring Excellence and The Center for Leadership & Organizational Excellence.

Both of these centers of excellence offer public and customized in-house training seminars and/ or workshops designed to help improve the level of competencies of an organization and the professional development of its people.

The Institute also offers a web-based or on-line learning system called the JHRS eACADEMY and is powered by eCornell to bring Ivy League professional education to Japan!
