Jun is an HR professional with a deep HR body of knowledge and experience (18+ years of HR professional experience, 9+ years of which are in Japan).

He has a solid experience as a trainer, HR consultant, and executive search consultant. He also has experience in other HR fields like performance management, compensation & benefits design, organizational design and development, change management, as well as other HR generalist functions like employee relations, coaching, and career counseling. He also teaches HR-related courses at Temple University Japan.

Jun holds an MBA (Major in International HR Management) from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and Japan-America Institute of Management Science (JAIMS). He also holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering (major in Production and Operations Research) from the prestigious University of the Philippines and received his Certificate in HR Studies from Cornell University’s School of Industrial Labor and Relations.

Aside from being a professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Jun is also Founding Chief Community Officer of The Japan HR Society---a community of Japan-focused HR professionals worldwide and  He is also an accredited consultant of Harrison Assessments International---a leading provider of tools to assist in the selection, recruitment, and development of employees.

Bruce is an HR professional who has worked in Japan in the human resource and learning and development fields for over 20 years.

His expertise range from cross-cultural understanding and leadership development to design and implementation of global company-wide succession planning process for leaders and design of talent management processes for Japan and Asia as well as facilitation of several orientation and leadership courses throughout the region. He also has hands-on experience in putting together support frameworks for supporting trained talent in an organization.

Bruce holds a Masters of Arts from San Diego State University and has studied and conducted research at Waseda University and Yokohama National University.

He further obtained a certification in the leading Situational Leadership II Courseware as well as in coaching leaders from Results Coaching and leading intra-company coaching for leaders’ training.
